Yes, it is possible to have both dermatitis and eczema in different places at the same time. Both are skin conditions that can involve redness, swelling, itching, flaking or cracking of the skin.

Dermatitis is a general term for any inflammatory condition affecting the skin and can be caused by a variety of factors such as allergic reactions, irritants (chemicals in soaps or detergents), heat exposure, stress or other medical conditions like diabetes. As such there are many types of dermatitis each with their own signs and symptoms – most common being atopic dermatitis which results in dry scaly patches on the face, arms and legs; contact dermatitis characterized by red itchy rashes due to contact with an irritant substance; seborrheic dermatitis where areas of the scalp are affected by greasy yellow patches; stasis dermatitis caused when fluid accumulates around swollen ankles leading to reddish-brown scaly patches on lower legs; nummular eczema which presents as coin-shaped lesions filled with pus on arms and legs etc.

Eczema meanwhile is also known as 'atopic' eczema but not all people who suffer from atopic dermatitis will necessarily suffer from eczema. It usually presents as small itchy bumps that turn into blisters filled with fluid which then oozes out forming crusts over a period of time resulting in cracked dry irritated skin. Atopic Eczema can affect all parts of your body including hands feet face ears eyelids neck armpits torso groin buttocks etc depending on individual body type although common problem spots include insides elbows backs of knees fronts/backs wrists anklets folds between fingers/toes behind ears eyelids etc In extreme cases if left untreated severe cases may require emergency medical attention particularly asthmatic individuals afflicted with severe forms like nummular erosive reticular erythema phymatous congenital syphilis Culexstomiasis cryptococcosis etc

So yes it is entirely possible for you to have both Eczema & Dermatitis present simultaneously either in different parts or confined within one region– however since causes/symptoms vary from individual to individual it's best that you consult an experienced doctor for proper diagnosis & treatment options available .
