Sample Report 1
Every report opens with a restatement of the case as our specialist understood it: your presenting complaint, relevant history, and the investigations already on record. It then sets out the reviewer's independent reading of your scans, pathology and existing diagnosis — explicitly noting where they agree with the treating doctor and where they do not. The recommendation section covers the treatment options open to you, the trade-offs of each, and any further test worth doing before deciding. The report closes with the reviewing specialist's name, registration number and qualification, so you know exactly whose opinion you are holding.
A second opinion is most often sought at a stressful moment — after a serious diagnosis, or before consenting to surgery. Seeing the format in advance tells you what you will actually receive, how technical the language is, and whether it is something you can take back to your treating doctor for a productive conversation. It also shows what we need from you: clearer scans and complete history produce a more specific report, and the samples make that difference visible.
Most reports are returned within 48 to 72 hours of receiving a complete set of records. Complex cases needing more than one specialist, or a review of imaging that has to be requested from a hospital, can take longer. You will be told which applies to your case when your records are accepted.
