above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this
medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine
should preferably be avoided in patients with the underlying liver disease.
Answer- Yes, taking DOMCET Tablet for a very long time can cause calcium
depletion from the body leading to weakening of bones. Hence a calcium and vitamin
D supplement is recommended along with DOMCET Tablet to replenish calcium
depletion in the body.
Answer- Prolonged intake of DOMCET Tablet may weaken your bone and lower
hemoglobin level. Your doctor may prescribe you Vitamin B12 for enhancing
hemoglobin and calcium/vitamin D/magnesium supplements for bone health.
