One of the best solutions is to take a look at your overall lifestyle and make some changes. Are you eating a healthy diet? Are you getting enough exercise? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you dealing with stress in healthy ways?
If necessary, see a doctor to get help with any hormone imbalances that may be causing mood swings.
