There are many things you can do to reduce anxiety. Some people find that exercise helps, while others find that relaxation techniques or yoga help them calm down. You can also try journaling or practicing mindfulness to help you focus on the present moment and release any worries or concerns you may have. If your anxiety is caused by stress, it might be helpful to identify your stressors and find ways to manage them. Talking with a therapist or counselor can also be very beneficial in reducing anxiety. Whatever method you choose, be sure to stick with it and give it time to work – you won't see results overnight.
