The biggest hole in my heart is a feeling of loneliness. This can manifest itself as anything from missing a loved one to not making meaningful connections with new people, or even just missing the joy and happiness of life that often gets overshadowed by our worries, anxieties, and stress. Loneliness is something we all experience at some point in our lives, but it’s possible to overcome this feeling if you take certain steps to tackle it head-on.

The first step is recognizing that your emotions matter and taking time out for self-care activities such as yoga or meditation can help restore feelings of balance. Additionally, connecting with friends and family will help provide us with the emotional support we need during challenging times; engaging in healthy activities like exercising or volunteering may also give us a sense of purpose and community involvement which can reduce feelings of isolation significantly.

Finally, being honest about your struggles will enable you to work through them more effectively; reaching out for professional support from mental health professionals such as psychologists or counselors can be tremendously helpful when it comes to addressing any underlying issues causing these feelings of loneliness. Overall, there are many ways we can manage our emotions so that we don't become overwhelmed by an overwhelming feeling like loneliness – remembering these strategies will make sure you keep any holes in your heart filled up!
