Yes. Pelvic floor exercises, also known as Kegel exercises, are simple and can be done anywhere without anyone knowing. Just squeeze the muscles you would use to stop the flow of urine and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
Doing pelvic floor exercises regularly can help improve bladder control, reduce the risk of urinary incontinence, and may also help improve sexual function.
