If you don't do pelvic floor exercises, then you may experience urinary incontinence or fecal incontinence. Pelvic floor muscles help to support your bladder and intestines, so if they become weak, you may have trouble controlling when you urinate or have a bowel movement. Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles with exercises can help to improve your bladder and bowel control.
