Kegel exercises are the best exercises for an overactive bladder.
To do a Kegel exercise, squeeze the muscles you would use to stop the flow of urine and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions each day. You can do Kegels anytime, anywhere—while sitting at your desk, driving, or watching TV. As you get stronger, you can hold the contraction for longer periods of time.
