Torvate 300 MG Tablet is an anticonvulsant medication that is used alone or in combination with other medicines for the treatment of certain types of epilepsies, a brain disorder characterized by uncontrolled jerking movements and loss of consciousness.

TORVATE 300MG contain Sodium valproate which is an anti-convulsant or anti- epileptic agent. This medicine is used to treat epilepsy (fits) in adults and children. Epilepsy may occur as a result of a genetic disorders or an acquired brain injury such as a trauma or stroke, in which nerve cells activity in the brain is disturbed, causing seizures.
