Description
Jubiglim Mv 2mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is a combination of metformin, glimepiride and voglibose as active
ingredients. Glimepiride, acts by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas. Metformin, acts by lowering the glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestines and increasing the body response to insulin. Voglibose, which is an ;alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, prevents the breakdown of complex sugars into
simple sugars such as glucose in the intestine.

Direction for use
- It should be taken as directed by your doctor and in the prescribed quantity.
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water with food. Do not cut, break or chewvthe medicine.

- Avoid drinking alcohol and quit smoking.

Answer- Yes, long-term usage of Jubiglim MV2 Tablet 10's can cause vitamin B12 deficiency as it interferes with the absorption of vitamin B12 in the stomach. The symptoms can be managed by taking Vitamin B12 supplements as advised by your doctor.
Answer- The use of Jubiglim MV 2 Tablet should be avoided in patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine. It is also avoided in patients with moderate to severe kidney disease and in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, colonic ulcerations and underlying metabolic acidosis including diabetic ketoacidosis.
Answer- If you have symptoms like increased hunger, increased thirst, frequent urination (usually at night), unexplained weight loss, fatigue, blurred vision, slow wound/sores healing and frequent infections, contact your Physician as it can be a condition of type 2 diabetes.
Answer- Hypoglycaemia refers to low blood sugar levels. The symptoms include nausea, headache, irritability, hunger, sweating, dizziness. Jubiglim MV2 Tablet can cause hypoglycaemia. Hypoglycaemia can occur if you miss or delay your food, drink alcohol, over-exercise or take other anti-diabetic medicine along with Jubiglim MV2 Tablet 10's. Diabetics are advised to keep a quick source of sugar like glucose tablets, honey or fruit juice with them.
