There are a few things you can do to stop belching. One is to eat slowly and chew your food well. This will help reduce the amount of air you swallow with your food. You can also try avoiding carbonated drinks and chewing gum, both of which can cause you to swallow more air. And finally, if you're pregnant, make sure to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day, as mild dehydration can lead to an increase in belching.
