I did my graduation and post graduate training in Internal medicine from Patna Medical College, Patna, Bihar. Post MD, I worked as a Senior Registrar in medicine in some of the best hospitals in New Delhi and Patna. Later I joined the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at PGIMER Chandigarh for advanced clinical training program in Pulmonary medicine and worked in Bronchoscopy Lab, Pulmonary Lab, Respiratory Intensive Care unit along with routine OPD and indoor wards I started a chest clinic at Patna in year 2000 providing consultancy in respiratory / chest medicine since then. For the first time in Bihar, I established and started a video bronchoscopy and Spirometry clinic. I have successfully performed more than 5000 bronchoscopic procedures and more than 12000 spirometric procedures. I am a member of important state and national chest societies and regularly participate in their academic meetings, conferences and have regularly presented scientific papers. I attend international conferences in respiratory medicine to further my knowledge.
