Dr Bhabra is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, UK. His areas of expertise include diagnosis and management of shoulder and elbow disorders. Dr Bhabra practices advanced arthroscopic (key-hole) techniques for the management of sports-related injuries, rotator cuff tears and stiffness. He also offers complex open reconstructive and joint replacement surgery for post-traumatic and painful arthritic conditions of shoulder. Dr Bhabra has presented and published extensively in the field of shoulder and elbow surgery. He was awarded a Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) by the University of Bristol for his work on orthopaedic biomaterials used in joint replacement surgery. He is currently engaged in clinical trials at Warwick University, and is a clinical tutor and lecturer to Warwick medical students and trainees on the Warwick Orthopaedic training programme.
