Position Overview:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend systems using Laravel and Node.js, and integrating them seamlessly with our React.js frontend. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in these technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend solutions.
2. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Laravel and Node.js.
3. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
4. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
5. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
6. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements using React.js.
7. Implement security and data protection measures.
8. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are innovative and competitive.
10. Mentor and guide junior developers when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
3. Strong proficiency in Laravel and Node.js.
4. Experience with React.js and its core principles.
5. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
6. Database design and management experience (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
7. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
8. Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
