Position: HR Manager
Location: Mumbai 

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive working environment, address grievances, and proactively manage any conflict situations.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, design and oversee training programs, and facilitate professional development.
Performance Management: Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and drive initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and review HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values.
Benefits & Compensation: Oversee and manage employee benefits, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters or HR certifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience in Healthcare Sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HR software and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
