Oliramp is an antipsychotic agent. It is used to treat schizophrenia and mania. Oliramp can be taken with or without food. It is recommended to at a fixed time to maintain a constant level in the body. Take medicine in dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor. Before stopping this medication, it is recommended to consult the doctor or lead to worsening symptoms.

The most common side effects include dryness of mouth, constipation, muscle rigidity and restlessness. These side effects are usually minor and not serious but inform the doctor if they do not subside. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. During the initial stage of treatment with this medicine, there may be a sudden drop in blood pressure. When you change positions, it is better to rise slowly if you sit or lie down. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so driving immediately after using this medicine isn't recommended.

This medicine can cause an increase in body weight, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. You can manage these side effects by having a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medications.
