the most common side effects include dryness of mouth, constipation, muscle rigidity and restlessness. these side effects are usually minor and not serious but inform the doctor if they do not subside. if the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. during the initial stage of treatment with this medicine, there may be a sudden drop in blood pressure. when you change positions, it is better to rise slowly if you sit or lie down. it can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so driving immediately after using this medicine isn't recommended.
