Description

Dolopar MDS Syrup 60 ml is an analgesics (pain killers), and antipyretics (fever- reducing agents) used to reduce fever and treat mild to moderate pain. Also, it is used to relieve headache, migraine, toothache, period pain, back pain, muscle pain and rheumatic pains. Pain and fever are caused by the activation of pain receptors due to the release of certain natural chemicals in the body like prostaglandin.  Dolopar MDS Syrup 60 ml contains 'Paracetamol' that works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as prostaglandins. Thus, reduces pain. It also affects an area of the brain that regulates body temperature known as the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre. Thereby, it reduces fever.

•  It should be taken as directed by your doctor and in the prescribed quantity.
•  Shake well before use
•  It would be best if you take it at a fixed time for optimal results.

•  Do not use expired medicine.

Safety Information

•  Tell the doctor about the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid possible interaction.
•  If you have missed any dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
•  Your child should not take more than four doses of this medicine in 24 hours, so wait up to 6 hours between doses.
•  Never give any other medicine formulation containing paracetamol along with this medicine as that may lead to serious side effects.
•  Inform the doctor if your child has liver disease as the dose may need to be adjusted.
•  If Dolopar MDS Oral Suspension does not seem to be helping your child, contact your doctor for advice. Do not give extra doses.
•  If you have a high fever or signs of infection after using Dolopar MDS Syp for more than 3 days or if pain persists after using it for more than 5 days, please consult a doctor.
