Pantodac l capsule used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd), gastritis & used to treat the symptoms like acidities such as heartburn, stomach pain, or gastric irritation, also neutralize the acid and allows easy passage of gases, reduce the stomach discomfort. This medication may cause some side effects such as stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, nausea, and flatulence.
These effects are temporary and usually resolve with time. Inform your doctor if these effects worsen your condition. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus while taking this medication, as it may cause dizziness. Avoid drinking alcohol as it may worsen your dizziness and can increase the production of stomach acid.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant or breastfeeding women. Inform your doctor if you have osteoporosis and hypomagnesemia.
