Eofil tablet is an anti-helminthic. It works by killing the parasitic worms that cause parasitic worm infections as well as filariasis. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop this medication unless told by your doctor.
The common side effects of this medication are headache, dizziness, vomiting, abnormal liver function tests, nausea, abdominal pain, hair loss, fever, and vertigo.
Inform your doctor if you have liver problems and using any other medications, as it may cause interactions.
