ZITAKEN syrup is an antacid, an anaesthetic used to treat acidity, stomach ulcer, heartburn, and helps in the easy passage of gas. it works by neutralizing excess stomach acid and exerts a numbing effect, thereby relieving pain from ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.
you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. caution must be followed as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. inform your doctor if you are not recovered with symptoms within two weeks of using this medication. alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it might increase acidity.
