Missing periods can be caused by a number of things, including pregnancy. Pregnancy is a common cause of missed periods, and can be confirmed with a home pregnancy test or blood test at your doctor's office. Other causes of missed periods include Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), thyroid problems, and adrenal gland problems. If you have regular periods and suddenly start missing them, it's always best to check in with your doctor to rule out any underlying health issues.

If you are trying to conceive, it is important to have regular periods. A missed period can be an early sign of pregnancy, but there are other causes of missed periods as well.

Some common causes of irregular or missing periods include:
-stress
-excessive exercise
-hormonal imbalance (such as PCOS)
-thyroid dysfunction
-pregnancy
If you are trying to conceive, it is important to rule out any possible medical causes for your irregular periods before you start tracking your ovulation.

Most of the time, missing a period is the first sign of pregnancy. Other common signs and symptoms of early pregnancy include nausea, fatigue, lightheadedness or dizziness, increased urination, and changes in breasts. If you experience any of these signs or symptoms, it's a good idea to take a home pregnancy test to confirm whether you're pregnant.

If your periods are usually fairly regular and you miss one cycle, there could be several reasons why this happened. It's important to consult with your doctor to figure out what might be going on if you've missed more than one period in a row. Possible causes of irregular or missed periods can include hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems & polycystic ovarian syndrome.
