Q. What was the most bizarre experience you've had with alternative medicine?

I once had a bizarre experience with an alternative form of medicine known as craniosacral therapy. This therapy is based on the concept that the bones in the skull and spine contain fluid-filled membranes, which need to be manipulated to promote overall health and well-being. The therapist works on these membranes by lightly manipulating various points along the body's craniosacral system.
My experience began when I consulted with a practitioner who specialized in this particular type of treatment. He explained to me that he would perform some light presses throughout my body to release blocked energies, align my spine, loosen knots in my muscles, and restore balance within my body’s natural energy flow. As he proceeded to lightly press certain areas of my head and neck area, it felt like something was visibly moving inside me! It was quite strange - almost like little bubbles were popping beneath his fingertips! Afterward, I noticed that tension I previously held throughout those parts of my anatomy had been released; it was quite remarkable how quickly it evaporated away!
Conclusively speaking - although somewhat strange at first - this visit left me feeling incredibly relaxed afterwards and energised for days after receiving treatment! All-in-all this alternative medicine served as a wonderful way to recognise and address chronic issues which may not have previously responded so favourably to traditional treatments such as medication or physical therapies alone. In hindsight now, I am glad that I took part in this interesting experiment; without taking any risks nothing changes or improves at all.
