He explained to me that he would perform some light presses throughout my body to release blocked energies, align my spine, loosen knots in my muscles, and restore balance within my body’s natural energy flow. As he proceeded to lightly press certain areas of my head and neck area, it felt like something was visibly moving inside me! It was quite strange - almost like little bubbles were popping beneath his fingertips!
