There are a few potential health problems that could occur in a child if both parents share the same blood type. One possibility is that the child could have antibodies against the other parent's blood type, which could lead to problems such as anaemia if the child's red blood cells are destroyed. Another potential problem is that a fetus may not receive enough oxygen from its mother if she has the same blood type as the baby. This can be dangerous for both mother and baby, and can sometimes lead to premature delivery or even stillbirth.
