There are a few potential problems with ramen consumption in children. For one, ramen is high in sodium, and too much sodium can lead to health problems like high blood pressure and heart disease.
Ramen is also often high in saturated fat and MSG, both of which can have harmful effects on children's health. Saturated fat can lead to obesity and heart disease, while MSG has been linked to everything from headaches to asthma to seizures. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend feeding your kids ramen every day!
