After starting anti-anxiety medication, I found that I was better able to deal with stressful situations.
Before starting medication, I would often feel overwhelmed by stress and would have a hard time coping. My anxiety would also lead to panic attacks, which made it difficult for me to do things that I enjoyed.
Now that I am taking medication, I find that my stress levels are more manageable and that I am less likely to experience panic attacks. This has allowed me to do things that I enjoy without feeling anxious or panicked.
