The answer to this question is yes, there is evidence to suggest that frequent ejaculation can help prevent prostate cancer. This has been found through numerous studies which have found that men who engage in regular sexual activity (including ejaculation) had a significantly lower risk of developing prostate cancer than those who did not. One particular study published in the journal BJU International stated: "Ejaculations 21 or more times per month were associated with a 22% reduction in the relative risk of prostate cancer compared with 4–7 ejaculations per month".

This finding adds further support to existing research which suggests that frequent releases may help reduce the chances of developing common forms of prostate cancer, including aggressive and non-aggressive forms. It's also believed that when semen is released frequently, it helps clear out any toxins or impurities which might build up within the reproductive tract – something which could otherwise contribute to increased risks for certain types of cancers. Therefore, it can be concluded that frequent release does indeed help prevent prostate cancer from forming and should be partaken on a regular basis whenever possible as an additional measure for ensuring good health.
