Couples counseling can definitely work, but it really depends on the couple and their willingness to work together. If both partners are truly committed to making things work, then counseling can be a very effective way to help them communicate better, resolve conflict, and build a stronger relationship. However, if one or both partners are resistant to change or unwilling to work on the relationship, then counseling is unlikely to be successful.
