No. A human cannot survive without a spine because the spinal cord is responsible for transmitting neural signals from the brain to the rest of the body. These signals control all voluntary muscle movement, including breathing and heart rate. Additionally, the spinal cord houses important nerve endings that relay sensory information such as touch, pain, and temperature sensation from the skin back to the brain. So it's pretty clear that humans need their spines in order to live!
