Zyrova tablet belongs to antihyperlipidemic. Zyrova is antihyperlipidemic. It works by blocking the enzyme (hmg-coa reductase) required in the body to produce cholesterol. Hence, it reduces bad cholesterol, triglycerides levels and increases good cholesterol.
Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Along with this medication, you should follow a healthy diet, do regular exercise, avoid smoking, alcohol and reduce your weight if you are obese. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.
The most common side effects are muscle pain, weakness, nausea, headache, and stomach pain. Consult your doctor if you have experienced or noticed yellowing of your eyes or skin and severe muscle pain.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have liver or kidney diseases. If you have diabetes, monitor blood sugar levels regularly while taking this medication because it may increase blood sugar levels.
