Zanocin tablet is a fluoroquinolone. It acts by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called dna-gyrase. It prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them. This medicine should take if prescribed by your doctor. This medication should not stop unless told by your doctor. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus, as it may cause dizziness and sleepiness.
The most common side effects of this medication are nausea, headache, and diarrhoea. Inform your doctor if you experience any of the above effects.
Inform your doctor if you have a previously kidney problem. Bloody diarrhoea, also as a side effect, may occur. So, inform your doctor immediately if it occurs.
