It is used to decrease the risk of stroke and heart attack. It prevents & treats clot formation inside the veins of your legs, lungs, brain, and coronary heart.
Do not take this medicine if you have severe kidney or liver problems, are currently bleeding, or are taking other medicines to reduce blood clotting. Do not take this medicine if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman unless your doctor suggests you.
