Answer- It is not recommended to take a higher than the recommended dose as it may
lead to unpleasant side effects and toxicity. If you feel the severity of your symptoms is
increasing, please consult your doctor.

Answer- Do not use WIKORYL AF Drops if you have used any MAO inhibitor in the past
14 days, like isocarboxazid, linezolid, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, or
tranylcypromine. Tell your doctor before taking the medicine if you have nausea,
stomach pain, itchy skin, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-coloured stools, or jaundice
(yellowing your skin or eyes). In rare cases, paracetamol present in may cause a severe
skin allergic reaction. So, if you observe any skin blisters or redness, or rash,
immediately contact your doctor and stop taking the Syrup.

Answer- No, it would be best if you did not take WIKORYL AF along with high blood
pressure (hypertension) medication, leading to a further rise in blood pressure. Please
inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure before starting the medicine.

Answer- Wikoryl AF Drops 15 ml is known to cause drowsiness and sleepiness. Hence,
you are recommended to take it in the nighttime if you are experiencing excessive
drowsiness in the day and avoid driving a car or do anything that require mental
alertness.
