Vertigen tablet is an antihistamine that has sedative and calcium-channel blocking activity which is used in the treatment and management of motion sickness (nauseous feeling during travelling), vertigo (dizziness or spinning of head), and disorder of balance (meniere's disease). It works by inhibiting the contractions of blood vessels in the inner ear, thereby improving the microcirculation in the ear, which effectively helps manage the symptoms.
Take this tablet as directed by your doctor. Use it regularly to get maximum benefits from the treatment. Do not take more than the prescribed number of doses.
This medication's most common side effects are epigastric discomfort, nausea, drowsiness, sleepiness, tremors, fatigue, muscle cramps, and weight gain. If these side effects persist, consult your doctor immediately.
