Venky's chicken nuggets contain chicken meat (56 percent) water, bread crumb (wheat flour, dextrose, iodized salt, preservative - INS 282, yeast, acidity regulator - INS 260) refined sunflower oil, Maida, batter (stabilizer - INS 466) caseinates, iodized salt, spices and condiments, acidity regulator (INS 451 and INS 330) sugar. Instructions for use: heat sufficient oil in a pan to 180 degrees centigrade and gently drop Venky's frozen chicken nuggets into it. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes until nuggets turn golden brown, rise to the top and achieve a minimum product temperature of 75 degrees centigrade. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
