scabex s lotion treat wounds, minor cuts, sunburns (in a small area), scabies and pediculosis. it works through antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties of cetrimide, which helps kill bacteria by destroying their cell membranes whereas, gamma benzene hexachloride works by killing the lice and the eggs and mites of scabies.

this lotion is used alone or in combination with other medications. you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.

the most common side effects of this medication are skin rash, burning, itching, and irritation of the skin, tingling, and numbness of the skin, dizziness in some cases. if the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately.

before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medications.
