This medication’s most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, weight gain, constipation, headache, drowsiness, seizures, confusion, orthostatic hypotension, urinary retention, lethargy, blurred vision, nasal congestion, pallor, rash, and photosensitivity. If these side effects persist, consult your doctor immediately.
