This medication’s most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, weight gain, constipation, headache, drowsiness, seizures, confusion, orthostatic hypotension, urinary retention, lethargy, blurred vision, nasal congestion, pallor, rash, and photosensitivity.
