Respidon may cause side effects such as rash, hyperprolactinemia, weight gain, constipation, diarrhoea, excessive salivation, increased appetite, indigestion, nausea, upper abdominal pain, vomiting, dry mouth, akathisia, dizziness, dystonia, parkinsonism, sedated, tremor, blurred vision, anxiety, pain in the throat, respiratory problems, fatigue, cardiac problems, syncope, neuroleptic malignant syndrome and seizures.
