OZX CREAM 10GM

Ozx cream is used to treat impetigo. It works by killing and stopping the growth of bacteria on the skin.

Ozx cream is used alone or in combination with other medications. You are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. You must follow caution as excess application leads to serious adverse effects. This medication has to be taken for 5 days. If no improvement is seen within 3 days, inform your doctor. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor. Alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may lead to severe liver damage.

The most common side effects of this medication are rash, application site itching, swelling of face, lips, eyelids, tongue, hands & feet and seborrheic dermatitis.

If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. Your doctor may advise certain tests before and after the treatment to check for these issues.

Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medicines. This medication is not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding as it may harm the baby.
