Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine too early, or even if you feel better. If you stop taking this medicine too early, your condition may become worsen. To get better results, take this medicine at a fixed time.
Avoid consumption of large amounts of alcohol while taking this medicine as it causes bone loss. Do not drive while taking this medicine, as it causes dizziness, severe joint, bone, muscle, eye pain and affects your ability to drive. The common side effects of this medicine include headache, heartburn, indigestion, musculoskeletal pain, and diarrhoea. If these symptoms bother you for a longer duration, inform your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you suffer from kidney disease and low calcium levels. Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a stomach ulcer and inflammation of the oesophagus. If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother, seek a doctor's advice before using this medicine.
