Your doctor will explain how to use nupermy cream and how much you will need. Read the instructions that came with the medication to make sure you are using it correctly. Your skin should be clean, dry, and cool before application. You should thoroughly wash your entire body 8-14 hours after using this medicine. Most people only need to use it once to treat their condition, but if the second application is required, wait at least 7 days. Sometimes itching can persist for several weeks after scabies treatment. This is likely an allergic reaction to the dead mite, not a sign that treatment has failed.
