NEXOVAS BETA tablet is used to treat hypertension and prevent heart attack, stroke and pain. clinidipine and nebivolol tablet is combination of two medicines clinidipine and nebivolol. nebivolol is a beta-blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow it down. in contrast, cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing blood vessels. they work together to make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
the tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications. you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. you must follow caution as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor. alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may change pulse rate, dizziness and drowsiness.
the most common side effects of this medication are fatigue, sleepiness, headache, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, oedema, hypercholesterolemia, abdominal pain, flushing, diarrhoea, chest pain, decreased blood pressure, difficulty in breathing, weight gain, allergic skin reactions, burning, numbness and tingling in the arms & feet.
before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medicines. this medication is not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding as it may harm the baby.
