Nebicip tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke and migraine. It is also used to relieve the symptoms caused by an overactive thyroid gland. It helps lower your blood pressure and make it easier for your heart to pump blood all over the body.
It improves the flow of blood to the brain and prevents abnormal activity that triggers a migraine. It lowers blood pressure by significantly increasing the stroke volume with the preservation of cardiac output. Nebicip tablets may be used alone or in combination with other medications.
You are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. You must follow caution as excess dose leads to serious adverse effects. This medication should not be stopped unless told by your doctor. Alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication. It can be taken with food at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. The course of the treatment should be followed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may raise the blood pressure.
This medication's most common side effects include nausea, headache, slow heart rate, diarrhoea, and dizziness. If any of the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. For better results, take nebicip tablets at the same time every day.
