mosoft is a corticosteroid used to treat skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and rash. it also helps in reducing symptoms like swelling, itching and redness. check the label for direction before use. this cream is meant for external use only. use it in the dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor. clean the hand and affected area before and after applying the cream. do not use more than the prescribed duration.
