MONTESHINE L tablet is an antihistamine and leukotriene receptor antagonistic (ltra) agent. it is helpful to treat allergic symptoms like runny & stuffy nose, sneezing, swelling, itching, watery eyes, and congestion. this medication works by relaxing the airway passages and widening them. thus, making it easier to breathe.

Take the medication as directed by your doctor for a prescribed duration. do not stop this medication unless told by your doctor. early stoppage of this medication may lead to symptom reappearance and worsen the condition. complete the treatment course as prescribed.

The common side effects of this medication include headache, skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, fatigue, stomach upset, and flu-like symptoms. many of these side effect symptoms resolve with time. if the symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor immediately. this medication may also cause sleepiness and dizziness in some patients. avoid activities that need concentration if you develop sleep after taking this medication. avoid taking alcohol while you are on this medication.
