Lefno tablet is a disease-modifying anti-rheumatoid drug (dmards). It acts by blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause inflammatory symptoms. Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Don’t miss a dose. Complete the treatment course. Early stopping of this medication may worsen the condition. Don’t stop the medication even if you feel better. The doctor will advise blood tests while taking this medication to monitor the drug levels in the body.
The common side effects of this tablet are nausea, headache, rashes, dyspepsia, stomach upset, increased liver enzymes, and respiratory tract infections. Inform your doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen.
