KINDSAVE tablet is used to treat diabetic neuropathy, paracetamol poisoning, mucolytic and radiocontrast induced nephropathy. it helps prevent the deterioration of microalbuminuria (protein excretion in the urine) in diabetic kidney disease.
this tablet is a combination of two antioxidants. these antioxidants protect the kidneys from damage caused by harmful chemicals (free radicals). acetylcysteine and taurine tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications. you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. you must follow caution as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.
the most common side effects of this medication are nausea, vomiting, rash and fever.
