ISARELIFE MR tablet uses to treat osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, pain, and muscle spasm. etodolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid), which works by inhibiting a substance called prostaglandin responsible for pain & inflammation. thiocolchicoside works by relieving muscle stiffness or spasm in particular centers of the brain and spinal cord.
etodolac and thiocolchicoside tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications. take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. you must follow caution while consuming excess alcohol as it may lead to serious adverse effects. do not stop this medication unless told by your doctor. alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may lead to increased dizziness.
the common side effects of this medication are nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain/epigastric pain, loss of appetite, indigestion, sleepiness. if the symptoms persist or worsen you need to consult your doctor immediately.
