Gabapax Ointment

Gabapax Ointment is meant for external use only. You should use this as per the dose and schedule as advised by your doctor. It should not be applied to broken or damaged skin. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get it in these areas. Do not stop using this medicine as soon as your pain gets better. Ask your doctor when you should stop treatment. Do not use larger amounts or apply it more often or for a longer duration than directed. This will only increase the risk of side effects.

Side effects like application site redness, burning sensation, or itching may be seen in some people. These are usually temporary and resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any previous history of allergy to it or any other medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using it. Consult your doctor if your pain does not improve despite using this medicine.
